Officers were dispatched to Spring Street shortly before 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 25, where there was a complaint filed about three men who were sitting on the curb, drinking beer. Upon arrival, the men told police that they were waiting for a friend to return to his home on the block.
Police said that one of the men was “highly intoxicated,” and called for paramedics to take him to Westchester Hospital Center for evaluation. A second man - William Baroni, 22, was found in possession of marijuana, and he was taken into custody and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.
Following processing, Baroni was released on his own recognizance and issued a return ticket to appear in Mount Kisco Justice Court on May 31 to answer the charge.
